Parents/guardians have to fill in all the details required in the Application Form and return the form along with supporting documents (both soft copy and hard copy are allowed) as listed below(*):

Parents/guardians will have to pay for the invoice within the specific dates and also submit more supporting documents to enroll.

부모/보호자는 입학원서를 작성하신 후 아래와 같은 서류를 제출하여 주셔야 합니다 :

입학금 및 학비결제
부모/보호자는 요청 드린 날짜 내에 입학금 및 학비를 입금 하셔야 합니다.입금이 확인되면 입학이 확정되게 됩니다.
(*) 추후에 등록을 위한 추가 서류 제출을 요청 드릴 수도 있습니다.

By enrolling your child, you agree to collaborate closely with the school to ensure that your child receives the necessary assistance and framework for achieving success in academics, behavior, social interactions, and emotional development.

Your commitment includes attending scheduled meetings as requested and providing consent should the school propose additional assessments, outside evaluations, or external support. Any expenses related to external support or evaluations will be your responsibility.

GAON places a strong emphasis on safeguarding the privacy and security of our students, faculty, staff, and parents. Consequently, we are dedicated to not disclosing your contact details to external parties under any circumstances. There may be instances where we access your contact information or demographic details for internal purposes relevant to GAON affairs, and we retain the right to do so. In regard to other communications, we will offer opportunities for families interested in receiving additional information to opt-in.

The utilization of student photographs, images, quotes, and work items will align with our sharing and privacy policy. Please note that GAON cannot be held accountable for any unauthorized sharing of digital data by a member of the GAON community.

GAON은 학생, 교직원 및 학부모의 사생활 보호와 보안을 매우 중시합니다. 따라서 당사는 어떠한 경우에도 귀하의 연락처를 외부에 공개하지 않는 데 전념하고 있습니다. 당사는 GAON 업무와 관련된 내부적인 목적으로 귀하의 연락처 또는 인구통계학적인 정보에 접근할 수 있는 경우가 있을 수 있으며, 그러한 권리를 유지합니다. 기타 커뮤니케이션과 관련하여 당사는 추가적인 정보를 얻고자 하는 가족들에게 선택의 기회를 제공할 것입니다.

REFUND POLICY

The application fee is non-refundable.
-
The tuition fee is non-refundable for reasons such as moving, school transfer, illness, maladjustment, etc. However, if the student is absent for more than three months for the above reasons, 50% of the tuition fee is refundable.

If the student is scheduled to reside abroad for more than a year or return to their home country, the fee is refundable by attaching proof documents. (Plane tickets or order to return to home country, documents for moving abroad, etc.)
환불정책

입학금과 교육비는 환불 불가입니다.

이사, 전학, 질병, 부적응 등의 사유로만 등록금을 환불 받을 수 없습니다. 다만, 위와 같은 사유로 학생이 3개월 이상 결석할 경우 등록금의 50%를 환불 받을 수 있습니다.

유학생이 해외에 1년 이상 거주하거나 본국으로 돌아갈 예정인 경우에는 증빙서류를 첨부하여 학비를 환불 받을 수 있습니다.
(비행기표 또는 본국으로 돌아가는 발령문, 해외이사 계약서 등)
